First solo game (not directly following a tutorial) in Unity; developed for the Lost Relic Games Game Jam 2022. 

Concept: Unit placement RTS, provide enough power to keep cusotmers happy without killing the planet or going broke building units. (Pro tip, don't build a coal or nuclear plant until you have >= 60k in the bank).

All assets were coded during the jam, all art made by me in paint 3D. Spent about 17 hours all tolled on the project over the course of the week. Part of that was spent reinstalling Visual Studio and another chunk fighting to get Unity to actually run builds. Hoping to flesh this prototype out as a 3D or Iso mobile game where you'll actually have to manage transportation of the energy and ensure your electrical circuits are complete and sufficient for all consumers, etc.

Game is muted by default, and my sound skills are shoddy at best, may be best to leave that volume dial at 0 ;) 

My unit selector was supposed to be drag and drop but constant issues and running out of time left it a random placement on button click format.

Install instructions

The source code is a zip with both the resources and _Project folder. Dropping those into a 2D project for Unity (adding TMP if needed) should see the game runnable locally. Build was a WebGL so it should be playable in browser. All feedback welcome.
